We left the house at 5 am and arrived without a hitch. One by one, we began mini reunions, phone calls and texts with family and friends.

It was exciting and scary.

We were thrilled to see that everyone missed us as much as we missed them!!

We’re looking forward to a fun filled 36 hours of reunions, class visits, spa sessions and cookie exchanging!!

When we pulled up to the boy’s best friend’s house, I thought he was going to die. They had decorated the outside of their house with a gigantic welcome home banner.

We stayed with the boy’s friend’s family for a while and drank wine. It was fun.

But the best, was waking up on the Mississippi River this morning!
